- By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental consent.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, contact, and shipping information.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials and order confirmation codes confidential.
3. Products, Pricing & Availability
We specialize in importing organic Sri Lankan spices, Ceylon cinnamon, black & green teas, traditional foods, and wellness remedies.
- Currency & Tax: All prices listed on our site are in Euros (€) and include applicable French Value Added Tax (TVA).
- Stock Availability: Because our goods depend on seasonal organic harvests in Sri Lanka, product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit sales quantities or cancel orders if stock is depleted.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice. Price adjustments will not affect already confirmed orders.
4. Shipping, Orders & Free Delivery Threshold
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days.
- Free Delivery: Orders exceeding €50 qualify for free standard delivery within eligible regions.
- Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email or WhatsApp.
- Delivery Address: The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delayed or returned parcels due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on serahceylon.com, including brand names, logos, text, custom images, graphics, and design layouts, is the exclusive intellectual property of 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐇 𝐂𝐄𝐘𝐋𝐎𝐍 and developer partner DfourLk.
